Hello

I was wondering (roughly) what sort of MPG to expect on an 87 T25 Westy with Golf 1Y?

Mine was a Devon, so probably a similar weight, and was getting about 35mpg-ish when I had a 1Y, measured very unscientifically

Depends - Mechanical pump or efi - weight of vehicle and condition of engine. I got 30ish mpg in my syncro with a mechanical pump.
Cheers
