I think its the angle?? Under speedo to outside some how cause when you drive and hold the cable down its fine? But why its like you need an bracket and cable tie to sort it??

A quick question does the other van's speedo do the same?? If so have you tried swapping cables mine bounce just before 30 as well so if its the £40 cable better I'll get one

try it and see mate mines good worth a go stainless when it gets hot should self seal any way unless gap is to big but sealer is belt n braces

when mine was new it was blowing a bit... put a little sealer on and it sorted it been on van 7/8 years and still fine and sounds nice to

put 2x vacuum pipes on and bypassed the choke with copper pipe in hoses and the van run like old times will try again tomorrow if ok will book in for mot then sort it

played with van today right fine when cold runs on tick over 10 mins goes for drive 3/4 mile starts to play up again :evil: throttle goes dead so put foot down run ok throttle slowly off gas plays up so its it carb or vacuum back home will not tick over until more gas sprayed all in wd40 no joy :ok

hi all need help with van had been out and on way back home straight road van like dies so pressed throttle down? run "pooh" but played with throttle made it home since then ive changed petrol filter cleaned carb ,spark plug and leads. dis cap and arm oil cause mot coming up the van starts...

hi rob they do they sit under the rear lights to stop the sh.. going down there at brickwerks and vw number is 255807397 but i need 161807806 x8 off

hi all ive got big grp bumpers ..so was going to buy some rubber infills but brickwerks cant get hold/obsolete clips/screws?? i dont know what they look like so can any one show a picture of what they look like so can make/buy some many thanks

fuel gauge last 1/4 is hit and miss would a new fuel sender be better if so which one from brickwerks wv2zzz25zgh122917 its an 86 2x sorts
