Trailing arms can be refurbed by Dai, on here, so , just to clarify - you have bought a 16" Doka that you are stripping to put the bits on a Westy? If so which bits are you after ? Are these missing from the Doka ?

Are you saying that the vehicle you have shown the photos off is one you are thinking about buying to use the parts of to convert a Westy to a 16" Syncro Westy ? Where abouts are you ?

Can't speak about this off road offering as I believe the show is moving this year to a new venue. Last couple of years it's been a couple of miles from my house and has got very mixed reviews. There was no off road courses there. Mostly a VW campsite with a 'county show' attached. Form a VW vehicul...

Lefteris, I made a set to Neil's pattern and they worked a treat only ..... The rubber I used was approx 5/6 mm thick and not sure if its a 16" think or not but I had trouble compressing the rubber enough to get a good fit . When I do the next set I will experiment with thinner rubber.

Alex - did you go rubber on your anti roll bushes ? Also how much of a faff is pressing the bushes into the cast arm ? Similar to trailing arms ?
