Re: LLE won't run after ECU swap
you need to have bright clean connections on all the plugs and earth connections.......contact cleaner and a tooth brush..........from an earlier thread I recall that a disconnected earth at the ecu will fry it.....off for a look........ have a read of the link. don't spend anymore money until your ...

if you slacken the pin (that the rear of door locates on to) then retighten finger tight. shut the door and push the rear flush open the door and nip up the pin.

Re: Over fuelling on starting
the digijet fuel pump relay powers up on the turn of the key for a couple of seconds, mine primes the system twice then it earths at the ecu if the key is not turned to the cranking position. so the pump is switched off by the ecu running to ground. with this cycle being so short you will struggle t...

Re: Over fuelling on starting
I would clean all the electrical connections. once you know that you have shinny connections then start looking for faults, remaking the earths isn't enough. I did mine twice. it only takes an hour or two and the investment in a can of contact cleaner. give the amf a right good clean pop the top off...

Re: T25 1991 2.1i Auto intermittent cutting out
if the pump is priming during the episodes then I would ignore the ecu for now as its telling the system to get ready. could be crap on the track of the wiper inside the afm...... pop the top off and clean with spray..... it is watch like so care should be taken.... carbon builds up on the track. if...

Re: 2.0 fuel injection T25 Starts but won't run
its most likely to be the temp 2 sensor that's at fault easy fix and cheap you will need a new 0 ring and hair pin clip.........you will end up with a sleeve full of coolant........but before you spend any money make sure that all the electrical contacts in the engine bay are clean and making a good...
