Everything sounds about right to me. Gauge is doing what it should. Is the header tank full to the brim? Only take any notice of the expansion tank when it's stone cold.

Try Karvan Furgonetas, based in Seville (or possibly Granada.. my memory's not what it was). They are the main T3 guys I know in Spain and it'll save any import / postal taxes at least. I'll try and find a link to them if you're struggling; get your garage to give them a bell - really good people

As I understand it, it's dependant on how your van is registered on the V5. If it says "motorcaravan" then you're ok, legally anyway. There's no restrictions on the use of rear seats with seatbelts in motorcaravans that would affect T3/T25s... You might, however, wish to install belts for ...

could get a set of syncro steels, they are 6" wide. I'm sure some merc steels come in 7"? if they do, just tack some clips on for the VW hubcaps. As for getting moaned at for alloys, thats when people fit wheels designed for beetles Top Advice, Merc steels come in all sorts of widths, 6, ...

If you go down the alloy route then people will all moan saying the off set is wrong and spacers/adaptors are dangerous and wreck your bearings.
