However, if we are talking about charging whilst the motor is running (tickover or driving) then your idea that the alternator will ease up on seeing the main battery is charged is in error. Thats not my understanding... the "S" terminal of the alt monitors the battery voltage does it not...

million £+ new building , 2 acres land big house etc etc , loads of trainee vets They will be cleaning up on pet insurance contracts then, the 1k+ work that can now be done where previously people couldnt afford it. Of couse, now anyone with a pet insurance policy is paying a share of these thousan...

Lol... Nah, last thing I welded was fillet 20mm bar to the top of some angle iron... And fillet is perhaps making it sound neater than it was. I'm expecting holes & mess when I stick it to anything thinner... At least until I warm up...

well i'm 37 years of age and in my whole life the only wheel changes i've had to make could have been avoided if was carrying a pump... My MGTF was never supplied with a spare... though even if it was i had to give up on the offside rear after breaking a socket on it using the impact wrench - a spar...

Nice work Mike, you've got a lot done over the last few days... the rubber around the filler was perished on mine but not a patch on that raggety thing. & from the look of that panel around the filler I imagine the post is going to be a bit like the lacey crepes i'm enjoying here in frenchy fran...
