Re: Hall Sender Testing

So far I’ve tested that I get 12v at the positive terminal of the ignition coil and also get around 11v when testing the two outer pins of the hall sender connector. A...

They are all made by the same manufacturer, poor quality compared to the originals. Just find who sells them the cheapest.

The original exhaust quite efficient acting as a large expansion box, If you want a long lasting exhaust, then go for the original type stainless one. https://www.brickwerks.co.uk/t3-parts/engine/petrol/aircooled-engine/2-0l-cu-engine/exhaust-system/exhaust-silencer-t3-petrol-1-9-2-0-stainless-steel...

The problem is the cooling air blows the oil from the leak point to where the air exits.

Re: Carburettor Idle cut off Solenoid

The black wires should be powered with the ignition on, they should connect to terminal 15 on the ignition coil. The red wires look like for the manifold and auto choke.

Re: Advice Fitting a Chinese Diesel Heater in a Caravan

Best mount it on a turret plate through the floor. Protects the floor and insulation from the exhaust heat and from moisture ingress to the flooring. https://i.imgur.com/TBgbDhj.jpg If you are worried about pump noise, these pumps are much quieter. And you can run these heaters on much cheaper Keros...

Re: Early fuel tank

Buy the later tank and filler neck, they are much easier to fit. As the holes don't line up properly, there is more wriggle room.

Yep, the replacement pushrods are made of cheese. I use Facet Posiflow pumps. 1.5-4 psi version.
