no drain plug on T25 auto box remove sump to drain and replace filter then fill through dipstick tube. both very easy Gasket and filter available from Brickwerks (you can clean the filter with spray brake cleaner but rubber sump gasket needs replacing every time. also make sure sump is not distorted...

i would think the spring in the AFM is probably lost most of its tension by now.
which i think will mean the flap is far too easily moved by airflow which will mess up the idle mixture.

Hi Joseph mine has the large steel suroof. the leaking is usually because drain tubes are blocked front drain tubes exit at bottom of "B" posts rear drain tubes are inside the top of the rear vents. DON't use an airline to clear the tubes (don't ask me how i know) :( use an old speedo cab...

you might find the data if you can find the wheel part number and search the TUV data.

no power steering as its only heavier at 0 mph
not noticed any tramlining either
im at about syncro height using springs from Westfalia equipped 2wd
drives lovely
only issue is it gets very dirty as tyres are so wide

looks like a crimped casing which means the only way in is to destroy it.

oh dear, probably a dying lifter then :( might be worth looking at the end of the rocker screws but you probably already did that. on my wbx i had a pushrod that wasn't letting the oil go through it but not sure if Aircooled have oil flowing through the pushrods like the wbx. i might be wrong but it...

My g13 was so expensive i drain into half a 20 litre container chopped vertically i then pass the mixture through a coffee filter when i have finished whatever work i needed to drain it for. before refilling the system. coolant is still shocking pink so i think its ok and only about a year old. too ...
