I’m at work today and ebay is blocked.

Looking at gssparkplug.com you want DMTR main and air jets. Idle jets are listed under DGAS.

Re: 300CE WBX Repair

Hi Ash, nope, haven’t rejetted it mate but had bookmarked your post when it you originally posted it up just in case! You should get it on a rolling road when you can as would be interesting to see the results - glad that she’s still running well though :ok May do at some point, would have to be so...

Re: 300CE WBX Repair

Did you end up rejetting the carb? Mines not been on a rolling road but swapping out the jets made a huge difference to driveability.

Standard or reinforced Bilstein springs? dampers?

Suspect I have a broken front spring as the pasenger side is sitting a little low. Trying to decide if I can pick up a second hand pair or just shell out for some new ones. If I go new Bilstein list two variants for the front, standard or reinforced. For reference its a 1.9dg panel van leisuredrive ...

Re: Fitting Golf steering wheel issues

Small tip; I’ve a mk1 Passat wheel on mine, the bush was worn and would slip up the column resulting in excess play. With original wheel the bush sits with very little gap to the rear of the steering wheel so cannot slip far, with the Passat one there is around 5mm gap, is the golf the same? Anyway,...

Re: ET of 23 too low?

The lower the ET the more the wheel sticks out. As such spacers are used when wheels have a high ET, ie stick in too much. There are some good calculators if you google that allow you to input a wheels diameter, width and offset and compare. They will tell you how much more/less clearance etc Sent f...

Re: Pastel White L90D?

The last photo of when you bought it certainly looks too bright/white for L90D. If sprayed I would imagine it was done with whatever had been left over from another white van job. If rollered it could be rustoleums standard white, afterall it would be the cheapest. Our van is a few different shades ...

17" Steel Wheel Possibility

I'm quite happy with my 15's at the moment but happened to be trawling the internet for something and came across some 17" steels that may work for someone. Mercedes GLA steels as supplied for winter or spares - 6.5Jx17 ET38 5x112 CB 66 Available new at £40 each from tyreleader. Just thought it...

Re: Brake light query

Most likely the brake light switch I'd say. Its hydraulic and mounted on lower side of master cylinder. So instruments out, rag stuffed underneath, should be enough access for a spanner to undo. If you are quick with your fingers to pulg hole you can switch them over with very little fluid loss. Eve...

Can't say for certain but looks like it could be a rudamentary clamp on heat exchanger for the warm air feed for carb. General consensus is that its not really needed with UK temps so can be omitted.
