Bin the aircon pump, lose the water pump pulley as it needs a a non aircon one..have the part numbers if you need them.. yes please a shorter belt also..dependent on your rev counter the alt may need swapping...talk to Andy about that. - Andy what do you think? Also as its been sat a while any alloy has a bloom over it - any suggestions as to best way to clean this ?

Stripped some ancillaries may well re fit them just to get the hang as it were. close up pic of alternator for Andy when he wanders this way. Cheers. I have a rev diesel clock set on the shelf so will speak with Andy .... Used parts are derigeur I'm all ears Alex. Air con pump will be shelved , one or two vans around waiting for an AC modernisation makeover. Will strip the ancillaries off end of week , will I end up with specialised belts...

Check in the rubber boot between door and body first -you need to with disable the hissing door lock/ actuator etc or repair as you will shorten the life of the pump considerably if left this way. The colour match is a vaguely accurate one. The laminated panels in the vans are all slightly different shades I guess due to the timescale since Westy built them, sun, heat etc. , all of these also being effected by where the laminate is in the van .
