Who carrys a spare tyre?

My T25 doesnt have a spare tyre, so I carry a couple of aerosol inflater's.

Re: Video of our 6 week T25 tour around France

The French break down service was great, friendly garage although they didnt speak much English. The RAC cover over there was good, I am a little gutted to find that my £200 policy doesnt cover me in Britain however! They insisted on using genuine VW parts, so I know have a very expensive clutch kit...

Re: Winter Campervan-ing`

Ive slept in my van, and various vans in as low as -15ish in North Wales. I use a really good sleeping bag, 3/4 season and a can of special brew usually gets me off pretty quickly :-) Were intending on using ours with the kids as much as possible this winter, so will be experimenting with heaters as...

Re: Video of our 6 week T25 tour around France

Breaking down was on my mind a lot,, but other than the clutch going, (pressure plate, so I still managed to drive it for long enough to get to a home base), we had nothing. Great fun, strongly recommend :) I use the gopro, for so much stuff, their a great little camera, especially for close up stuf...

Video of our 6 week T25 tour around France

quick video of our recent tour of West France this summer. The van did great over the 2000 miles, (she did get a new clutch to come home with), other than that no mechanicals and a pleasure to drive :) 4 of us and a dog, what an epic summer. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j-G6jyC5JOk&list=UU_rtr...

Re: Traveling through France, free camping spots?

I know, typically I left blighty a day before the weather got good. Having said that, it was still 34 degrees here at 8pm tonight, so better than the best of days back home. Saw 3 T25s today and a few t1s. great to get a good old wave off them. Theres certainly less here than at home and they stand ...
