Re: Busfest 2017
50+ syncros on display, all sorts from a beaut 16in red Dutch camper right thru our lowly syncro to the 6x6 doka MG is sort of putting together. All in all a good display. I only came 11th in the German trial, but in fairness it was pi****g down and very slipery and I was only on Kumo A/Ts. Cant com...

Re: camperjam the aftermarth
The lh front tyre stopped holding air after camperjam. I had reduced pressure to 25psi for the off roading but it felt a bit low driving home, checked and was less than 10psi !!!!! anyway had it sorted today, seal around edge had gone with loads of sandy soil we all know the colour) in the bead area...

Re: T25 - 19" wheels
g60steve knows what he is talking about. And in my opinion he is dead right about sizes. I run 16 x 7.5 merc toliman 215/60/16/99v on the devon 2wd and 16 x 7 merc tolliman with 205/80/16 106 Kumho A/T tyres on the syncro 4wd. no problems at all. they both ride superbly. and look just right, but you...

Re: Radiater fan
I wired in a switch today that just triggers the relay so switching on fan at full belt. I dont know if its because I have a 2.3 audi 5 pot engine, but I really do need the extra cooling when off roading. Cant get the low speed to work but havnt given up yet! ran the syncro up today and let it idle ...

Re: Radiater fan
So a bypass rad fan switch has to switch 450w of fan? you must use a relay me thinks, wired direct onto the fan? When off roading I use sustained higher revs in low gear and it does get hot as all will have witnessed at camper jam!! A switch would be very useful.

Re: Radiater fan

Radiater fan
I'm sure that this is simple, but which fuse controls the radiater fan, my synncro was (I think) a 2.1 many years ago, the cover for the fuse box says fuse 1 but thats ok. It should be 30Amp but which one is it? The fan works well when I put 12v straight to it, but no power at radiater sensor plug. ...

And we raised loads for a very worthwhile cause. Enjoyed imensly shame about my water problems. Got home with no problems at all. See yo...
