Re: T25 84 Side elevating roof Strut replacement
when i replaced ours i elevated the roof and put a wooden prop inside to be safe .removed two struts at the same end as one is behind the other. compress the strut with a luggage strap and replce the inner one first. keep the swear jar handy as you will prob need it.

love my auto, makes driving so easy. got mine due to health reasons though. as bob said , if you don`t realy need it go for the manual as eassier and cheaper to maintain.

Hi Ian.
Try joining the vw t25 club on Facebook. There are quite a few members there would live in North Wales. I am by no means a guru but willing to pass on what knowledge I do have to help you. I am in kinmel bay near rhyl.

Re: awning heater
As said , be sensible about it and it should be OK. We have used one in the awning for some time.give it time to cool down though . don't just turn off and go to bed as it will retain heat for some time.

Certainly reduces condensation but also other benefits I didn't initially think of...like it makes the inside of the van a lot darker at night and maybe even a bit quieter. totaly agree, i have one on a devon and it...

Skim board table
Hi guys.
Thinking of replacing the table with a skim board.i know it's been done many times but how do you attach it to the leg bracket ? I presume a thicker plate would be needed for the screws.thanks for any advice.
