Autosleeper swivel bases are made with plywood and ballbearings!,mine is anyway, nothing as flash as Westy ones

my swivel seat has always moved around on my Autosleeper,one of my mates is a rather large chap and I really wonder the safe it is when he is sat in it but everything is tightened up tight, just a crappy idea that Autosleeper had I reckon, it looks home made to me but that is what they were like app...

I replaced my engine mounts a couple of years ago as I thought the engine was rocking a lot when ticking over and they were well shagged when I got the old ones out, hardly any rubber holding together it made a huge difference when replaced, they were probably the original ones I suspect

mine is in the spare wheel well, the spare is in the van over the engine cover, pain in the a*** if I want to look at the engine as I have to move it every time, would like a carrier for the back of the van but they are way too expensive for me at the moment

glad you got it sorted, pain in the backside problems like that when it works fine at the repairers and plays up when not there

that sounds bonkers, have you checked with other 'testers' that that is correct? it may be worth a second opinion, what about motorhomes that are just a chassis from the factory before they have bodies put onto them?

I know this is repeated and repeated but I had a close call this morning, twice a year I tend to get my sense of smell and taste 'vanish' for a couple of months and this week I though I could maybe smell petrol sort of but looked under the van and in the engine compartment but could not see anything...

thanks for the replies, have been looking at a company called 'Stylus Plus' based in Leicester, they say they most of the stylus they sell are excellent retros of the originals and are 'as good or better' than the originals

replacement Hi Fi cartridge

just looking online for a replacement for my Dual 505–2 the cartridge is a Dual DN165E and the price difference is amazing from £20 up to £65 for the same thing, just wondering if there are fakes out there but the places I have been looking at are specialists in the UK, anyone found the same thing?
