You are right I can't see it for sale but can't see why you could not make one from sheet steel, I can measure and draw it up for you later

Re: Should I be worried
Yes be worried. I just welded my tin top trailing arm, two small holes ( smaller than yours) one above and below the seam in the same place , I opened them up until metal was full thickness, cut a new piece the right shape from 3mm steel, welded it in and ground it back. I also sprayed dinatrol ( wa...

Re: Stainless steel Hubcaps?
Take care, MichaelWE from here showed me some he bought recently, "stainless steel" and already rusty! Stainless steel can go rusty if contaminated with steel, it's easy to do, for example if you are grinding steel and some gets on your stainless it rusts quickly then stains the stainless.

Re: Crankcase pully
30mm spanner? if you mean a ring spanner then that's OK but don't use an open ended spanner.
it's 60NM so you need a torque wrench or you need to measure the spanner length do some maths and put an equivalent load on the end, so a 1m spanner is 6KG on the end

Re: Crankcase pully
assuming single pulley M8 bolt into flywheel through access hole left hand side of engine as you look at it, you need to rotate the engine to find a hole on flywheel. Don't forget to remove it before starting engine ( been there done that  ) https://img.techpowerup.org/200314/2020-03-14-09-19-...

Any more good suggestions for 240V hook up location? I too have brand new shiny panels that I dont intend cutting holes in? I now have a much smaller mains in line connector haning loose on a cable behind the number plate flap. you don't have to use the huge blue three pin type to connect at the va...

Re: Door card restoration
I have a similar issue and am considering replacing the whole cards as I have found some mould and I am worried about black mould spores and my health when sleeping in the van... I stay in mine for months at a time. Did you find any mould on yours? and if so did you treat the old cards with any thi...

Re: Fiamma vs Arb awning
the F45s is plenty strong enough, as long as you use the van brackets for the legs instead of the ground and pegs its all about angles ! both Zoes f45s and my ancient autobox are mounted halfway up the hitops so water gatering isnt a problem anyway. we still make a point of winding them in to about...
