I not checked the gap kev . How do I a just the gap mate

Yes when it is off it fine it just on the cold start as I can't drive it either from cold it just cuts out

Hi guys tried turning the auto choke when I turn it anticlockwise it opens the flap . So I have turned clockwise . And still no good .It won't tick over on choke unless I keep my foot on accelerater . Any ideas I don't think carb is set up right .

I flushed the system out refilled with water and antifreeze had the revs up and opened bleeding valve in engine bay left top off filler bottle and also bleed from radiator then I jacked up the front and did it again have I missed something off thankyou colin

Hi ther can any one help my van still running hot about 3 quarter on the gauge bleed the system new antifreeze full drain down new fan switch new thermostat and got all the air out but still to hot ?? Any help please thanks colin

Hi there kev I took the auto choke off and marked it but when I took it off it looked to unravel itself or is that just me seeing things or do I have to re ravel it again cheers colin

Hi ther all can anyone help I want to adjust the choke flap on my pierburg carburetor with out taking it off but can't get to the screw . Is it a flat head or Philips . 1.9 water cooled dg engine automatic petrol .choke flap to big and I have never fone it before cheers colin

Hi there can any one tell me about auto choke . I took it off today to check it was ok . As I could not hear it come on but when I took it off it seemed to unwind it self ?? But I marked it all and put the peg back in the hole . Just making sure that this is ok cheers colin 1.9 water cooled dg engin...
