I am starting the job of recovering all the cupboards/door/panels etc. Currently they have a nasty brown laminate on them, we are changing the colour of the covering but all the catches are brown and faded. The doors all have large holes cut for these specific catches so I will have to use th...

The heater is always on, now at this time of year not so much of a problem but I'm starting to look to next summer and want to sort it whilst Bubba is sorn for the winter (alongside a complete interior refurb). When the lever is set to cold air I still get hot, however I can move the lever to hot an...

Double Tongue Seat Belts
Does anybody know where I can buy double tongue seat belts? The type where the whole belt retracts out of the way when not in use and uses two buckles for fixing? I've tried Securon and endless Googling and have had no luck. I know they exist as they are in the the rear two seats of my Qashqai!! Che...

Re: Carat Wheels
All done and sorted, it was frightening how easy all the bolts/nuts came undone!
New studs in the front, rears studs shortened and shiny new nuts all round and all done up to correct torque.
Thanks for the help

Carat Wheels
Hello, Just bought our first camper (Bubba - a 1986 1.9 WC T3) and have spent a load of time looking through the forums and wiki pages for tips etc. The previous owner recently put a set of 14" Carats on it which look great. When I bought it he pointed out to me that he thought the rear studs l...
