also check that the throttle body switch is buzzing this will do something similar to the tick over if it isn't buzzing.....remove and clean with carb cleaner if no buzz...........the buzzer of doom (as it is affectionately know round these parts) indicates low oil pressure, change the oil and filte...

I would replace all the earths don't try and run it without the ecu having a good grounding or it will be fried, as previously said break and clean all the electrical connections. carefully remove the top of the afm and give it a good blast with contact cleaner, don't put your fingers in there stand...

mine has a couple of 5p sized bubbles on the side windows and the same on the front and back windscreens, its never been welded or painted, the earlier ones seem to suffer from the fridge panel and water inlet panel being rusty...dbz if you come across a mint trooper or holdsworth still wearing its ...

maybe I should have said it would be 600 centres if your going less than 3m unsupported or 450mm or 16'' centres if you where going over 4.5 m and using 4x2 joists without noggins, also the depth and thickness of the joists and the amount of noggins or herringbone is also taken into account......apa...

it all depends on the thickness of the ply 12mm and above no need to fill the gaps.....besides unless they fit perfectly and are glued down the blighters will rattle. flash band is sometimes fitted to quieten the noise or a low density board to act as a noise damper and insulator just as a for insta...
