is there any kind of adjustment ? i get a little anal about door shuts etc, and noticed when i shut the passenger door lifts a bit when sliding ont the latch , panel lines are great so dont want to adjust the lock side of things ,wondered if its possible to adjust the hinges at all to lift the rear ...

got a LHD westy , drivers door opens and light comes on , passenger door does not work/ light on . removed switch from door frame , and found no wire attached so this is the proble, looked behind glove box but cant see any trace of a wire, removed drivers side and noted colour of wire , also noted i...

cheers guys , have tackled a few rusty minis in my past .. so hopfully this wont be much different. will keep an eye out for a rear tailgate. i am going patent panels , as it does not really bother me trying to make them fit. i have a friend who works at VW heritage , so hoping to get the panels fro...

allot of seam rot , i guess best thing to do is get wire wheel onto them and see how bad it is.

also got some rot around window rubbers , but i will leave that till last / near the painting.

ok , sort of a log of my rust repairs , i have not started yet , just listing what panels i will need to get, he's the state of play so far : WHEN I GOT HER : rear arch , big dent/scratch , found that the rust is also under the runner for the sliding door , full hieght wing will be ordered for this ...

How about devils dyke nr Brighton. Lovely view, ever present ice cream van, it's also a Mecca for parascending(sp), good to watch em launch. Also plenty of walks. have you done anything special with the other lights inside Jed ? got a couple of strip lights over the cooker etc ... but fancy some LED stuff , also a few more just to light up the rear ( maybe one comes on when sliding door is open )
