Hi I have a jx1.6td which has just got an oil leak at the head gasket under / near the oil filter pipe work my questions are can i put something in the oil to stop leak ? Anyone done this? Hi I use grangers from goout doors seems to work well but try your local camping shop for advice.

Hi I also broke my needle and made one from a plastic knive but it's never worked properly since so use an app on my phone which I fined great

Cheers i was surprised to find it not there. I can't understand why anybody would remove it.just been on tinter web got one on order do you know how it fastens was there any special bolts to order ????

Hi all just sorned van for winter. taken my rocker cover off to paint as it was in a state .There is no oil deflector plate it's just the cam shaft my question is should there be one it'hasnt effected the engine do I need to buy one any info would be great.

I used a borrowed welder and practiced on scrap metal watched lots on you tube .the tailgate was the first job i did with the welder nothing ventured nothing gained

I tookk my plastic rear window out to weld around the edges .i cut the old seal out and bought a new one .It took me and the window fitter to get it back in ,one on the inside one on the outside the fitter had never done a plastic one before and didn't want to break it he said you can be quite rough...

Hi ive got an oil leak today only just noticed it on drive way had a look in engine bay and it seams to be coming from the sensor on the oil filter under the oil pipe I pulled the rubber boot back off the sender and it was full of oil? ... has the sender just gone ? Any ideas ?
