Filling the cooling system backup with antifreeze

How do i full the cooling system backup with antifreeze just lost most of in by bleeding the Cooling System would Halfords premium-grade antifreeze be ok to use.

Do you mix with water then add by bleeding back through
or just top up?

Any help would be tops :wink:

Ok go a reading from the leisure batt 10.55 v so need charging up. reading from the car battery 12.45 v but went up to 13.85 when running. but no matter what switch i put the leisure batt it did not change ,my friend said it would go up like the car battery when running ? Would like to have it runing from car battery when going and gas when stoped and keep the leisure batt for ligths .. At the min because it summer we do not run any think from any battery eg:lights/water pump..only really running cooker and fridge on the gas :) mocki how much would it cost me to have...

ok thank you all for posting :) I am only think of using the 12v on the move,2 hours tops then over to GAS when stoped .wish i know how to hard wired and amp in from the car battery but i do not :( The old fridge ran the same way,as in the set up i am making ,and yes it would have flaten the battery...

Yes the old fridge run like that on the same system im going to be connecting to, eg: a switch to set it to car battery/Leisure battery or off ,when on car battery it only worked when the engine is running but when on the Leisure battery its on all the time so this must be a split charge system that...

ok nice one fro the link ,it really helped got the gas up and runing now when i got the frige the he said the ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS can be wired in any way around ? one more think if any one would know if this would work ,at the back of the fridge there is a junction box like this http://img126.ima...

Fitting A Fridge In Your Campervan

ello all sorry not posted in months :). I have just got my self a 2 way fridge and hoping to fit it this week. it use to have one befor so air vents and 12v VOLT SUPPLY are all still there,but i need to do the GAS any help or info would be tops :) ps:Any got a Spare FLUE like the ones in justcampers...
