Re: T3 Lock repair kit

Good Afternoon, I've just been reading your thread. Email me if you want wafers or springs, mine is the EBay advert in the link above.  I'm more than willing to help out anyone in the T25 world as I'm an owner myself.  The price above accounts for Ebay and Paypal fees and postage so overall for a se...

Re: Lock Dismantling guide, with Pictures

Just to tack something on the back of this old thread, I have a stock available of wafers and springs for rebuilds.
Therefore I can match your locks for you at a reasonable cost.
PM me if interested.
Thanks

Re: Offset of 'new' T25 alloys

@silverbullet It was the comment from the Brickwerks link that prompted my post: "Wheels with a ET of less than 30 tend to stick out more and give the vehicle a feeling of not wanting to do much more than going in a straight line, wheel bearing load will be increased, steering will be heavy and...

Offset of 'new' T25 alloys

Good Afternoon, I've been looking at all of the 'new' 14/15" T25 alloy wheels on offer from EMPI, JBW, FLAT4, SSP, etc and they all seem to have an offset of 20 or 23. Having been doing the necessary reading on the subject I understand that the standard Et was 30 or 39 depending on fitment of a...

Poor cold starting - Aircooled

I have a 1982 2.0 air-cooled T25 that does not start well from cold, the only way to get it going is to put your foot flat on the floor and turn until it starts firing. Keep turning over on the starter and then let it creep into life, it runs on two/three for a couple of minutes then is fine. I thou...

Re: Odometer not working

Took the speedo out and the main drive cog from the worm gear had fallen off! Replaced with superglue and we'll see how long it lasts!
Thanks for your help.

Odometer not working

The odometer has stopped working in my T25. The speedo still works fine.
1982 2.0L Aircooled.

Any ideas on what the fault is and how to fix it?

Thanks

Re: Brakes not good

I just checked my GSF invoice and seems like I've put late outer bearings into an early van.

Logbook says first registered 04-08-82...

Anyone know what the difference is, and why it would cause this problem...

Thanks
