Re: Tyre problem
The tyre was replaced, so it is brand new. After I just had it
fitted I stopped for petrol (10 miles maybe) and it was really
hot then, but fully inflated.
Thanks for the reply.

Tyre problem
Hi all had a flat tyre the other day and had to call out the AA. Got it fixed, tyre replaced so thought no problemo. Going on holiday to Europe on Saturday and the same tyre is going down again now. Should add that the first one that went did not show any problems. The only thing I can say is that t...

Power without cigarette lighter?
Hellu. Is there any way to power my Sat Nav from the battery without a cigaretty lighter, which I have not got? My radio has got USB but when I tried to charge the Sat Nav through the radio it crashed. Am going to Europe for three weeks in August and Sat Nav would really come in handy. Cheers. Sab :)

Re: Leak from somewhere...?
Thanks, Fritz.
How quickly will this need to be addressed?
Just that I have spent quite a bit on it just lately and funds are drying up..
Any idea around cost?
Ta

Leak from somewhere...?
Hi all,
my Autohomes Kamper is leaking something into the footwell, right under the steering column.
Not much and it is oily. Could anybody tell me what it could be? Remember reading about this somewhere
but cannot remember.
Many Thanks
Sab

Re: Petrol Tank Leak ?? Help please
Fancy designing something that could go wrong in so many places....!
Hopefully, if there is a problem it will happen outside the UK so I can make full use of
my AA European Breakdown Cover...!
Will have to take a chance.

Re: Petrol Tank Leak ?? Help please
Maybe we could get a buy one get one free petrol tank offer somewhere?
Thanx for the advice. Hopefully everything will be fine and we'll make it.
Just a bit edgy now.

Re: Petrol Tank Leak ?? Help please
Thanx for that. There is no corrosion on top of the tank, the mpg is quite good, the main fuel pipe is dry and the drips appeared around the seams. What I really need to know is if the fact that it has stopped means that it could have been spillage/overflow, etc or if I should not now take the van t...

Petrol Tank Leak ?? Help please
Hi all, just filled my van up full, ready to go to Germany tomorrow and when I came back from paying I checked underneath just in case as the tank had not been full in ages and there was petrol dripping from the near side of the tank. Not much, a few drips. Drove home, just around the corner and it ...

Re: European Breakdown Cover?
Were you already with Footman James?
I am having the same problem. Nobody seems to have the Breakdown Cover/EU cover as a stand alone product.
AA quotes 150 quid but that is for multi trip. Single trip cost 68 quid.
Should have taken it out with the policy...

Re: autohomes poptop catch
What sort of pop top is it? The guy I bought my Autohomes Kamper from had lost the keys. The catches could be released without it though by just pushing the roof down. But when I went to pick the van up Autovan in Dorset had send him a replacement pair...the guy said that it was the same key for all...
