has anyone ever took the armrests of a captains seat,im having a right game trying to get them off,also i took the long bolt out of the adjuster and cant get it back in,any help or advice?

ive just got some parts from gsf and they give good discount

ive justdiscovered i need new front wheel bearings,how long should it take to do each side?a local garage has told me 2 hours each side,is that about right?

i just went to change my oil and the sump plug is rounded,any suggestions?

i used the original carpet trim which was civered in plastic,removed the plastic,polished the aluminium then after i tiled the floor put another aluminium edging over the top.

coming back from alltypes today doing about 70mph and the van was trying to cut out,pull in a few times check all connections in engine bay but found nothing,it was doing this for about 50 miles but didnt actually cut out,any conclusions anyone?
