Can anyone reccomend a decent mechanic for a engine conversion AAZ to DG (was originaly a DG) around the torquay/exeter/newton abbot...even plymouth area??

thanks im gonna give the hammerite stuff a try and ive got a attachment with a wire brush like the one pictured that i could put in my cordless drill. I just wanna get rid of the surface rust then i can stop crying everytime i look at the underside of my van !!! haha. Id love to be able to sand the ...

does anyone have an opinion on hammerites rust remover gel ?

I want like a spray or gel to apply to rusty parts of the underside of my van. Just like something to shift the rust easier as sanding it seems to take forever. Any ideas or advice will be much apprechiated as im sure your all rust experts !!! cheers

just spray them with tint for a tenner innit!!!!!!! haha

My AAZ engine is playing up yet again...starter motor turns, glow plugs are fine , battery is fine , changed my fuel filter and when i went to bleed the air out of the injectors i realised the pump wasnt drawing any fuel. Could the fuel cut off solinoid be jammed shut? Does anyone have any ideas bec...

I suspect i have some moisture in the fuel system on my 1.9td aaz, I think i may be able to drain it out of the filter but is there any other place to drain water from e.g. the fuel pump ?

I had it checked recently. Hmmm does make me wonder weather the mechanic did though. I shall check it myself but if anyone has any more ideas please let me know !!
