thanks im gonna give the hammerite stuff a try and ive got a attachment with a wire brush like the one pictured that i could put in my cordless drill. I just wanna get rid of the surface rust then i can stop crying everytime i look at the underside of my van !!! haha. Id love to be able to sand the ...

More Rust Questions
I want like a spray or gel to apply to rusty parts of the underside of my van. Just like something to shift the rust easier as sanding it seems to take forever. Any ideas or advice will be much apprechiated as im sure your all rust experts !!!

Non Starting AAZ Engine
My AAZ engine is playing up yet again...starter motor turns, glow plugs are fine , battery is fine , changed my fuel filter and when i went to bleed the air out of the injectors i realised the pump wasnt drawing any fuel. Could the fuel cut off solinoid be jammed shut? Does anyone have any ideas bec...

Check the relay is infact working properly...because they can overload which causes the contacts to weld themselfs permanently shut. Place a voltage tester between a glow plug or the busbar, and a good ground/earth point on the van. Turn the ignition on activating the glow plug light. Check that you...

Suspected water in fuel system
I suspect i have some moisture in the fuel system on my 1.9td aaz, I think i may be able to drain it out of the filter but is there any other place to drain water from e.g. the fuel pump ?

I had it checked recently. Hmmm does make me wonder weather the mechanic did though. I shall check it myself but if anyone has any more ideas please let me know !!
