i fixed this myself the other day! very easy job i think it should be recommended that everyone checks theres often! it scarey to think such a fragile bit is all that connects the steering!!!

is it just a case of undoing bolts then replacing the rubber bit? or is there anytinhg to watch out for?????

my steering broke today thank god i was parking! i think its the connection to the relay gear flexible coupling. that make sense to anyone??

no way.... we are leaving in 3 weeks too!!! amsterdam - germany (rhine valley) - northern italy (venice!)

thats wats confusing me.... on the rears they have to screw bit stickin out that u put nuts on. do those bits act like screws? or replace the whole thing?

so not a job i can do outside the house at half time!!
CRAP!!! wat do you mean press new ones in? so ill have to get longer rear studs then? i thought i could replace the rear ones with long screws?
