Burning Smell
Has anyone experienced a problem with their van regarding a burning smell? At first we thought it was the gas but that was not turned on. I then thought it smelt more electrical. I turned on all electric appliences,lights,fan,fog light etc and the smell went.Is it possible the battery was over charg...

Tried pulling the wire off and turning the ignition off. then on then off again! Replaced the wire and guess what.......still flashes!!!! Also tried hitting the dash several times!!

I pulled the wire off the sender on the tank and it was still flashing!!

Thanks for the reply. Have just checked the header tank and its full. Does that mean its probably electrical? Pete
