Rear badge removal

Hi Peeps

I'm in the process of trying to imporve the bodywork on the Cramper & I'm gonna need to remove the rear Transporter badge & the VW emblem

Does anyone know how they come off?
Do they break when doing so?

Any & all advice welcome, many thanks

Steve

Cruising speed power surges?

Hi folks On the way back home last night, traveling from Stockport to Peterborough, whilst on the A1 cruising around 55-60mph & after about 20-30 mins of cruising, I could feel the vans power surging. It started as if the throttle had been let off & then re-applied, it only did it whilst cru...

Re: Standard wheel refurb

Hi sabcully

I used an abrasive disc that I fitted to a drill. The disc is normally used on mini air grinders, Its for removing paint & rust. But a wire wheel would probably give the same results.

HTH :)

Re: Fuel tank find

They look to me like lead pellets that are put in tanks so unleaded fuel can be used. I saw them on a tv programme some time ago
