i have rs4's 18" on mine and mine has been dropped 60 at the front and 70 at the rear shockers and springs.

i have had my arches rolled as well but it still catches on full lock

i have 18" rs4's on mine you will need to have the fronts bored out also longer bolts on the front and you will need longer studs on the rear hubs all sounds a bit ominous but its very easy they look like this on http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=14068&PN=1 this is mine

we use an 1800 propex from bluebird very hot and also thermastatically controlled.

its a little bit noisy when it cuts in but after a while you dont even notice it

we wouldn't be without it now to be honest.

probably the best buy in our van.

i had my rs4's bored out at my bro in laws company so i didnt pay anything however i wouldnt pay more than £40 - £50 tbh mate they shouldnt take more than 1- 2 hours work to do but if you already have the wheels and are wanting them fitted before vanfest then how much are you willing to pay?? upto y...

mate i'm not from round your area but my advice is have a drive round your local industrial estates and find an engineering company.

have a word with them and chuck em a bit of cash maybe they will do it

i have 18" rs4's on mine and i put longer bolts into the back of mine

i used vw bay van bolts they fit great

my personnal opinion is to change them but upto you

i have a 1982 devon

i need to change 2 of my roof struts they are the front ones i need to change.
my question is
does anyone know how to keep the tension on them to put them onto the threads then attach the nut before they spring back and break all my teeth? :wink:
