Re: Leaking clutch cylinder maybe?
Keep a very close check on the brake/clutch fluid level
If it has not dropped then its water
if it has then its the master cylinder leaking

Re: Rear Door struts
Get some new struts I think they should be strong enough to keep the tailgate with a rack on up and steady Unless the bike rack is very heavy ? Or just go for the copper tube I am not too sure I would want to totally trust this method What happens if the tube slips Bang Ouch and a sore head Andy

Re: cab roof liner
I have been looking at my roof liner with a view to renewing it In the front it looks as if it is held in place by some folded over metal tags Further back it seems to be held up and in place by thin metal rods So I presume that you remove the liner from the tags and just pull it backwards until it ...

Re:
Don't think it's got much to do with needing to jump on the clutch or not... It's surely the fact that there is a constant and fairly consistent and even ratardation limiting runaway speed when in gear, even before the brakes have to be used. Dipping the clutch at the last moment or so, is no great...

New sleeves
I repaced the sleves and bushes on my 81 t25 with new parts from GSF
But this was 2 years ago
Have they gone obsolete now
I need to do my 87 t25 now
If they are no longer available I will just make some
