Hi Kathy Same thing happened to me recently. After a lot of hassle and even replacing the battery it ended up the being the bush at the rear of the starter as well the gearbox bush. The starter spins like a demon now where it was really lazy, thereby me thinking the battery was on the way out. Cheer...

Loose blue alternator wire!!!!

Just found out that it was virtually hanging off????? I 'm wondering if this could be the reason for my non starting/flat battery woes. I've replaced the battery, cleaned numerous earths even had the starter motor off thinking that the bush was goosed and the starter was getting "lazy". I ...

Hi rob......the leisure is only a regular one anyway but thats on its way out.
I have tried the bulb method and there isnt a drain anywhere......the battery was tested about 6-8 weeks ago and was fine but am now wondering if thats the culprit.....think i'll have to cough up for a new one.

Convinced the battery is being drained

Eventually got it started. The question is, could there be a drain? Battery has been checked with an expen...
