Ta for reply. Pump Replaced twice with Bosch pump. Different Mechanics twice have removed pipe linking tank to pump and gravity flow variable from tank hence blockage suspected. Now Still getting fuel ok but running rich and haS back fired. Timing being reset this week.

Any help / thoughts appreciated as this has been driving me mad. Just had 3rd garage fit 3rd new fuel tank in around 4 years of running less than 1000 miles / year - used mainly during school holidays only.
