Re: best place to get a pop top fitted
Hi Josh,
Yea, for mine. Kids keep getting taller and one won't fit in the front bunks anymore!
Sounds like yours is all sorted now, have to get a look at Jamie's handy work.

Re: best place to get a pop top fitted
Hi,
Thanks for the info. Looks like I will be fitting it myself now, as I am in guernsey and can't afford to deploy to the UK for five days.
I like both the poptops and spaceroofs options, but prefer the spaceroofs shape. Anyone bought or had one fitted?
Thanks,
Jon

Re: brainteaser
ignition switch burnt out on the yellow/black side.
My main concern now is how the yellow/black shorted out so bad it blitzed the contacts in the ignition switch, when the wire that ignited was the yellow/grey. Or was that just the weakest link/thinest wire in the circuit.?

Hi Got a weird one with the headlamps. Here's the back story and current situation. When refitting the steering column I didn't spot that I had clamped a grey/yellow wire that was heading to the fog light behind the clamp. When I went to check the electrics everything was fine until I tried the ligh...

engine options
Hi, Looking for some advice for a friend. He has aquired three T25's in fairly poor condition and is looking to make one good one for long distance driving trips. On the mechanical side the decision is what to do with the three different powerplants: A late low mileage Aircooled with good box. A 91 ...

fuel breathers
Hi,
Has anyone replaced the fuel breather tanks in the front wheel arches with something more simple. I know they work fine, but I have some plans that would be greatly helped by getting rid of them or replacing them with something smaller/simpler.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Jon

new sliding windows
Hi, Can anyone recommend a supplier of new sliding side windows? Looking to fit one in the sliding door and one in the opposing side behind the driver. Being that it was an autohomes camper, and has rather oversize holes from the windows that were already in it, I have accepted that I'll need to wel...

Re: crash beam removal
Its not that it's any uglier than other parts of the t25 design, its more that I find it tough to just fix things without trying to improve them. I also saw a shot of a bus with it removed and liked the look.
But the safety element has to be considered, so will spend some time thinking.
