Just to complete this string, I replaced the muffler with new brackets and decreased the idle speed. It purrs like a kitten with little engine vibration. Thanks to all for the help.

I just took my splash guard off to replace the muffler and check the engine mounts. There was some foam insulation on the side of the oil and fuel filters. My clutch master cylinder is leaking. I'm going to replace it but I read that it the master cylinder has failed the slave isn't far behind. Should I replace this as well just to be safe?
