Hello brand new to all this...I have a 1989 westy ..lhd from Eastfalia...I m having a torrid time trying to get it registered in Manchester DVLA..they isist I have to have the speedo converted which I ve done...now theyre saying I cant drive it to br tested...it has to go on a flat bed...this cant ...
