hi looking for a garage who do vw Aircooled t 25 did use kingshill kampers but its now closed

as a temp fix use a cable tie to pull about half of the spring together it will give you a bit more pulling power

I buy all my tyres online as I got a sealey tyre changer a couple of years ago bolted to my garage floor cost £ 55 and has saved me 5 times that
as I run 4 cars plus the van and I charge my mates £5 per wheel

did mine yesterday dash out fit motor and links dash back in but don't do what I did put in a screw which hold the bracket to the body which is too long it jammed the links I had to take the dash out again to find out why the motor was jamming up wont do that again for another 10 years

may sound simple but why dont you run the engine untill hot turn on fan full blast
then move each leaver in turn and with your hand feel where the heat is coming out
or am i making life with a t25 too easy

mine was the same got a cable tie and pushed it about half way through the spring and joined it up
hence making the spring shorter temp fix about 3 years ago still on my 2.1 auto and working fine

had the same with my auto box oil pissing out the filler tube all over the engine and the road it was the breather blocked to check it get under van feel on top of gearbox at the front you will feel a round cap check that it moves if it dont twist it as muck gets up there and blocks it you can even ...
