Cheap kits do fail early, it's well documented on all the forms, my concern would be whether a mobile mechanic knows to leave play rather than tighten right up? Not all bearings seat the same and need same technique to fit
Amazing how much magnetite type rust patches can seen solid until you go hard with a cold chisel and club hammer and it falls away leaving only thin metal left and a lot of rebuilding !
