I've just had this done on my bus.
My mate put a seperate 4-way fuse box in, so my radio, cb, cigar socket and cab light all now run off my leisure battery and they all have their own fuses.

Oh...for what its worth, its 1Y engine (1.9D n/a) out of a '91 Vento, been in since March 07 with no problems.
Brand new water pump as of October last year.

The top of our 1.6 sleeve is attached to a small bracket (a mod I think from a previous engine swap) which is secured up near the injection pump, again yours may or may not have this.
