all sorted now, renewed my insurance and got break down, UK and Euro cover combined + relay/home start all through Just Kampers at £246...cheap i thought...

£58 with RAC for 2wks cover in France....still looking, may try and combine with Bus insurance as that is now due...

wer'e going end of July/beginning August Dover/Calais, and travelling down to Saint-Gilles-Croix-De-Vie, for the 1st week, then up to near Benodet for the 2nd week, all booked via CCC....Exciting times..!

cheers guys...we went to Cornwall and back in bus last year, with no hiccups....so i'm hoping that a trip to Brittany and back should be ok....just a bit daunting when across the water and you have your kids with you i guess....

France Trip - breakdown cover
Hi,
Off to France in July for 2 weeks in my T25, I have UK breakdown cover (personal cover) with the RAC...But it looks as though they won't quote on Euro cover as its too old...
Any recommendations gratetfully received...

same mate , picks up carbon monoxide from where ever its leaking from , fridge , cooker , engine etc etc Ian's one is well loud !!! but that is what is needed to keep you alive , no point in having a flashing light or one that changes colour after a leak , as the old saying goes your dead for a lon...

Probably been asked before, but i am wanting to change the oil in my air cooled 'CU' code T25, which has the hydraulic tappets. I do get issues with the tappets if left unrun for a week or so, they become noisy, maybe a fault with them i don't know yet - but do go quiet after running it for a while,...
