Well I will give them a go . Fingers crossed them hex bolts screw out okay ! I know they can be a nightmare !!

A couple of mot centres have turned me away , saying my van is to heavy and too tall to safely work on . Anyone else come across this ? She is a westy high top tho .

I know hacksaw bob has compiled a list of good bad and the ugly parts and suppliers.
Great job too!
Problem is I am still not sure where to get reasonable price/quality cv joints and boots for my 81 hightop westy .
Any help would be great !

Help fuel pump advice !
Help! I have a t 25 2 liter air cooled . Can anyone recommend an electric fuel pump for this engine, as it has a mechanical one at the moment. Which works okay but after sitting for a bit takes a lot of cranking to get fuel up to the carb.once running she works fine. My thoughts are that an elec pum...

Have an Aircooled 81 westie which has just failed her MOT on rust on the jacking points
Does anyone know of a bodyshop that can repair it as i have tried 3 diffrent places and they wont even look at it!
By the way i am from Bury St edmunds Suffolk

hey guys Have the dreaded MOT coming up soon ! But the prob seems to be that i am missing the offside front wheel bearing grease cap , have no idea what happened to it :( Does anyone know where i can get one from .
