Tdi cruise control

Hi there.
I have a 1.9ahu fitted in my van.
When it was converted I had a cruise stalk fitted.
I have never really used it.
How exactly should it work?
I have slide switch AUFN, position AUS , EIN plus push button on the end FIX.
Thanks.

Re: fitting a westy pop top

Hi there.

Yes that's correct. The front latch bolts through the rear lip of the structural beam.

Not sure what you mean about cutting roof seal?
I didn't cut anything and the roof fits fine on the tin top.

I'm away in my camper this weekend so I'll get some pics for you.

Re: fitting a westy pop top

Hi there.

Sorry I don't get on here much.

I was lucky when I purchased my roof from lance (vw venom), he had a template for the hinge holes.
We simply marked it out with a sharpie and I drilled them out at a later date.

I could take some measurements for you if you like.

That's my van in the link you posted.

I used the info in the above link to mark out position of hinges etc.

We did the job on two step ladder and some hop ups.

Re: Centre rear 3-point seatbelts

I have one fitted to my rear seat in the middle. I called a seat belt manufacture, they made me one, all we had to do is weld in a plate with a nut in to the roof of the van. it clips in to one side then in to the other to form 3 point belt. When not in use it all sits up in the roof. It cost about ...

Re: Rowan medical Syncro Ambulances

I will get some pics of the switches and light bar. The front light bar was removed to put on the replacement T4. The bull bar is one I have not seen before, will take a pic too if you need.

Audi engine is soon to be TDI'ed due to only doing 17mpg. Some pics from a trip to Bulls Cross. http://i813.photobucket.com/albums/zz51...

Westfalia mozaik roof fit

I've got Hayden from Panelkraft to paint the roof, cut the hole, fit the frame and hinge the roof. I will finish the rest off at home. Lance sold me a second hand roof and new frame and bed kit. Lance also marked up my roof from his template. http://i813.photobucket.com/albums/zz51/ianspup/Camper%20...
