id prefere gas, its just a money thing. its not so much a priority at the moment as far as the list to sort out goes, ive looked for a 3 way fridge on here/ebay/other forums and theyre all far away so wondering how much harm - if any - a perminant 12v does.

i also wonderd why it has a grill as toomanytoys points out, there isnt actually a hole behind it! i havent taken it off yet but i will soon :ok

Is this something i could do with a haynes manual with engine in place or is it an engine out job?

will it drain the battery quick or will it be ok for a weekend?? i'll connect main battery to charge whilst driving around (assuming we will) but will the leisure battery be ok for it?

2L Aircooled - why would it overheat?

I dont have any knowledge about Aircooled engines... mine has being diagnosed with overheating. Ive arranged someone to collect + fix the van but im wondering as to why it overheats and whats the potential issues it can cause..... and how much it could cost to fix!

any advice appreciated :)

mine is old and tatty. i dont mind givin it a good clean but the wooden framework is old and has snapped in places and the lining has come away from the wood here and there. ive managed to bodge it with ducktape for now but it'll need to come off if its to be repaired. or would it be easier to repla...

i need a rear facing seat to go behind the passenger seat for an extra person (bench seat has 2 child seats). do i have to buy one specially made or can i make my own base from wood and stick a seat on it?! i dont know if theres any legal requirements.

i can see the holes in the body from the outside, just not from the inside. ive remove all the carpet on the inside but still cant see them!

one of my hinges have come off the body, does anyone know how to bolt it back?! theres 2 holes in the hinge but i cant see them from inside the van :(
