Im having problems getting my AAZ pump rebuilt as bosch don't make many parts for the VE pump any more, so I'm just thinking ahead about my options if I can't get the pump sorted. I've other older VWs with Aircooled engines that I've built so what are people's thoughts on building a 2110 Aircooled ...

Cheers Davidoft1 appreciate your reply, Logically I can't see it being a problem unless the door panels got a load of filler in it lol. as the panels come so far in onto the floor I think it should be easier than van - Hopefully

Hi guys my o/s outer cill under the rear cab needs replacing, has anyone had a go replacing it? Will I be able to drill the welds out inside joinind the fixed door panel and floor then get it off then slide the new panel in to re-weld. I've bought the new cills from Schofields, they come in two part...

Hi guys I'm needing some help buying a new set of conrods for my AAZ please.
On Etka it's 028198401 but then there are different letters on the end B, C, E, F and I don't know what the differences are!
Any help will be very appreciated! Dave

Just a quick update ! Cinq rad bought from eBay £25 new ! A couple of silicone hose reducers £5 ish all fitted !, It was really tight but it’s in and it’s working well so now I can start winding up the boost :evil:, next thing on the list is to make a custom dash for my clocks as my PCB ribbon is kn...

hi guys what rads are you using for your charge cooler? At the moment I’ve installed and old heater Matrix rad which fits in front of the cooling rad lovely but it’s not ideal as the in/ out tails are above each other and I want the either side of the rad so the heat is flowing across the rad 1.9D...
