Oil pressure - great, any idea what colour wire it's meant to connect to?

And the wires for the temperature switch in the inlet manifold cooling bit?

Thanks for the help :) got it running now :D BUT, i'm not sure i have the 'other' wires wired up properly... The wire coming up from under the engine (thermostat of some sort?) and the two wires that go onto the temperature sensor on the inlet manifold coolant pipe bit... anyone shed any light for m...

Just fitted a replacement 1.9 DG in my '85 caravelle. The previous owners removed the original engine, and I didn't remove the replacement engine from the donor van, so i'm not entirely sure where all the wires lead to and from in the engine bay...
