I have -30mm AVO springs fitted, but it also now wears a full set of B4 dampers. The difference is awesome mines a hi top westy and it now handles and can cope with high winds. Removed cowlings so emery paper on contacts as they looked worn, and hey presto wipers and washers work again. Took longer to refit cowlings than to fix wipers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
