Hi all Prepping for the summer put water in the drinking water tank .....turned on the tap.Yes water success, was less successful turning it off,pump still ran when tap turned off and needed a smack with a book to turn it off !!!!!! Original Westie on board 240v charger help
I know I may be mad but I want to repair my on board 240v charger. I think the coil over temperature sensor has failed ( if I short it out the charger works ) does any one know what temperature these are set to work at ?

I love this power unit its responsive and pulls well but these flakey electrics are a little bit irritating........ steve is a wizzard and i am going to ask for his help too.

Hi and a Merry Christmas, looks certain that my bbb L20 has failed as i cant detect ant out put and looks like at least one resistor has fried on the pcb..............question is has anyone got a working replacement for sale OR is there a simple fix for the lack of twin output points found on todays...

Hi as i understand it the problem with this syndrome is caused by the airflow meter sending false signals to the engine management system which it didnt recognise causing it to shut down. The capacitor smooths out these issues and cures the problem..........since it has been done the engine tends to...

tesco have some foam play matting ( multi coloured stuff like big jigsaw pieces) which fits the floor space of my westie almost perfectly and cures smooth knee syndrome when the top is down......is also warm to walk on almost anytime of the year.....

Hi I own a Westie with an on board water tank. So long as theres a couple of kettlefulls available for the journey then thats all i need the capacity to be. REM it will cost you in fuel to carry drinking and grey water (1 gallon of water weighs 10 lbs) so my advice would be to keep water quantities ...
