3 way coolbox
Off to Portugal this year for 3 weeks and feel some sort of fridge like device would be good. Dont really want to fit in a fridge but looking at coolboxes. Intend to do plenty of wild/aire camping so electric hook up will be very infrequent. Considering a 3 way cool box, mains,12v and gas. Would it ...

Gasket sealant
Having been on a bit of a trek the weekend and "lost" about 2 litres of oil in 350 miles, and covering the back of the van in oil spots, big time, thought it was time I had a proper look at the problem before my 3 week trip to Spain/Portugal. AAZ engined Rocker cover gasket leaking. Turbo ...

Am I correct in thinking there should be a heat shield on the exhaust manifole to protect the inlet manifold ? I do not have one only the remains or two rusted studs. Anyone got a picture of what ...

Re: Exhaust
Im currently building an exhaust for my aaz engined van Plan to run with no silencer, just relying on the turbo to sloww down and dampen the exhaust noise A chap local to me has a 1.9 tdi set up in a split screen pick up and it sounds great, whistles like a jet engine. Re: Chrome side steps
I made my own out of stainless tubing and Delron lugs that fit into the original jacking points, threaded to take a stainless allen bolt. This holds them in but can easily be removed if jacking required. Wooden domes at each end of the tube
will try to get some pics up later
