Had one of those on ours when we first bought it - got a local "motorhome" dealer down the road (as it happens he had, then flogged the huge custom Orange van in C&B this month!) to do it just to have a look through things... they checked gas, water, electrics for safety and functional...

Spent ages (with much assistance and head sratching from smiffyluvsdubs !) trying to trace two leaks in rear corners of ours - convinced it was gutters, then convinced it was tailgate seal, then convinced it was getting though rivets along the section behind the top of the tailgate... everything don...

You're welcome Weldore :wink: although point of note - when I said "screwed" I actually meant "bolted"! Aim between the thicker bits and then the nuts fit inside and it stll folds up the same as wot it did :lol:

Not managed to break ours yet either - and before last trip screwed a flip down drinks holder to one side so it could sit between the seats with a bottle of pop within easy reach when driving... worked a treat :lol:

I'd been clamping our RT3 awning until last time when I thought fig 8 channel strip would be easier... I was wrong! Our gutters have got so much hi-top sealant in that the fig8 won't go on properly - much cursing and nursing trapped finger :oops: in the end I gave up and used a combination of gutter...
