The just kampers one has to small a spout for the early dg, the hose spout is at least twice the size of the JK one that is for the later 1.9 on the other head.

Have you got the 5 speed front mount attatched to the box or have you swapped the 4 speed onto it? The 5 speed front mount is shorter to allow for the box being longer.

Call it £5 plus postage, at a guess probably £3 to post?

Sounds like you've got a blocked fuel filter to me, Check where the fuel line joins the tank, there is a filter, chances are its all black and crappy, GSF sell them for about £2, swap it and hopefully it should be ok
