Thanks Guys. Wagonbuild had one at £27.00 all in. Made my day! I've book marked their website as a result. Hi I have been looking for about 3 weeks to find replacement hoses for a 1.6 Diesel na. One in particular a 3 way from water pump , long pipe from front and small hose to oil cooler. Just to up date . after investigating cooling system, pressure cap seams to be stuck open therefor losing pressure and system wont work, so that has been replaced! the pipe from pressre cap was blocked which caused the initial burst of hoses. so far so good, no longer overheats, wired rad fan to da...

you are not alone, mine poured out after filling to brim. try searching in technical q&a there was loads on replacing fuel tanks and pipes. still need to do mine . apparently they rot from the top!so be sure to protect the new one

I've recently joined this 1.6 diesel overheating and don't know why club. so I will keep you informed after my next move. Tried the stat, rad and feeling hoses etc. the head gasket and water pump are prob next. looking at recent posts this is a comman problem. hang in there! gav

thanks everyome, just found out the hose from expansion cap blocked so not relaseing pressure? hoping that was it, topped up and bled ready for journey to cromer watch this space back in a week , thanks to si got your no if i need it, and breackdown cover.

put new clips on the hose, it went back to the radiater? noticed the water level was very low so need to investigate

I tried it again today. every thing ran fine on the drive. took it for a run and the "return tube" hissed smoke again. it looks like a bad repair so i will try and replace it bbefore I run her again.
